Common Good definition

Common Good means for the benefit or in the interest of both the Grantor and the Vendor.
Common Good means betterment of the general public.

  • It is the intent of the Parties that the Common Good Fund shall be used to create additional benefits for retired professional ice hockey players of the NHL and is not to be used to pay for or satisfy existing benefits.
