  • If either Party (the "Contracting Party") intends to enter into a contract for the marketing of any of its production from a Common Field under arrangements having a duration of 90 days or longer, the Contracting Party shall immediately notify the other Party (the "Other Party") of such arrangement and all the material terms of sale, including the type of production to which such contract applies and the price to be received and deductions applicable thereto.

  • The School District shall also be entitled to reasonable modes of ingress and egress to and from the Ridgeland Common Field during those times for the limited purpose of gaining access to and enabling use of the Ridgeland Common Field, as contemplated by this Agreement.

  • In the event that special needs to utilize the Ridgeland Common Field arise for either the School District or the Park District, either Party may request a modification of the Master Use Schedule by written notice of at least 30 days or such lesser time as shall be agreed to by the Superintendent of the School District and the Executive Director of the Park District, or their designees, and the other Party shall make its best effort to accommodate the other’s special needs.

  • It will be the responsibility of each Party to leave the Ridgeland Common Field in the same condition as it received it and to place all refuse in the refuse receptacles at the Ridgeland Common Field.
