Common Equity Interest definition

Common Equity Interest when used with reference to any Person other than the Company shall mean the class or series of capital stock (or equity interest) with the greatest voting power (in relation to any other classes or series of capital stock (or equity interest)) of such other Person.
Common Equity Interest of any Person means all Equity Interests of such Person that are generally entitled to (i) vote in the election of directors of such Person or (ii) if such Person is not a corporation, vote or otherwise participate in the selection of the governing body, partners, managers or others that will control the management and policies of such Person.
Common Equity Interest means an Equity Interest represented by the issued and outstanding common stock, $0.001 par value per share, of the Debtor as of the Petition Date or any interest or right to convert into such an Equity Interest or acquire any Equity Interest of SVBFG that was in existence immediately prior to or on the Petition Date.

Common Equity Interest means Equity Interests constituting the common equity security or interest of a Person.
