Common Contents definition

Common Contents means the appliances, equipment, furniture and fittings in any common area of the Situation which are owned by You. It does not include Aircraft, Vehicles or Watercraft.

  • We will pay the reasonable cost to repair, reinstate or replace an electrical motor not exceeding 5 kilowatts, that forms part of the Buildings or Common Contents, burnt out by electric current in the Period of Insurance.

  • Storm Surge – but if Storm Surge is caused by and immediately follows a named tropical cyclone, We will pay for loss, destruction or damage to Your Building and Common Contents as a result of Storm Surge.

  • This exclusion does not apply to Section 1 – Buildings and Common Contents, Section 2 – Glass, Section 3 – Theft, Section 5 – Fidelity Guarantee, Section 7 – Voluntary Workers, Section 8 – Government Audit Costs, Section 9 – Legal Expenses, Section 10 – Workplace, Health & Safety Breaches, Section 11 – Machinery Breakdown, Section 12 – Lot Owner’s Improvements or Section 13 – Workers’ Compensation.

  • We will also pay the above reasonable removal & storage costs for undamaged Common Contents owned by You.

Related to Common Contents

  • Common Control means the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of a person or an organization, whether by ownership of stock, voting rights, by contract, or otherwise.

  • Common Carrier means any land, sea, and/or air conveyance operating under a valid license for the transportation of passengers for hire.

  • Plumbing means plumbing as defined in Section 1(1) of the Act.

  • Disinfectant means any oxidant, including but not limited to chlorine, chlorine dioxide, chloramines, and ozone added to water in any part of the treatment or distribution process, that is intended to kill or inactivate pathogenic microorganisms.

  • Disinfection means a process which inactivates pathogenic organisms in water by chemical oxidants or equivalent agents.

  • Toilet means a disposal apparatus used for urination and defecation, fitted with a seat and flushing device.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Environmentally sensitive area means any area in which plant or animal life or their habitats are either rare or especially valuable because of their special nature or role in an ecosystem and which could be easily disturbed or degraded by human activities and developments.
