common client definition
common client. ( 共 同 客 戶 ) means a client of a securities dealer who is also a client of a licensed corporation licensed for Type 8 regulated activity and whose dealings in securities by the securities dealer are settled on his behalf by the licensed corporation;
common client means an Entity (a) which is not an Existing Client, (b) which becomes engaged in an Employee-Leasing Arrangement with the Purchaser or any of its Subsidiaries subsequent to the Closing, but on or before March 31, 2020, and (c) for which a Common Broker is designated as the referring broker by the Purchaser; provided, however, that such Employee-Leasing Arrangement between the Purchaser or any of its Subsidiaries and the Common Client was effective no later than the first day of the most recently begun Quarterly Earn-Out Period.
