Lessee acknowledges that the Building is a multi-tenant building having certain shared Utility Services including house power, water and sewer and shall pay its prorata share of these Common Area Utilities.
Tenant shall pay its proportionate share of Costs of Common Area Utilities to Landlord in accordance with the terms set forth in Section 9.
As provided in Section 8 below, Tenant is required to provide all Common Area Maintenance and Common Area Utilities, subject to the Common Area Rent Credit.
