Examples of Common Area Utilities in a sentence

  • Lessee acknowledges that the Building is a multi-tenant building having certain shared Utility Services including house power, water and sewer and shall pay its prorata share of these Common Area Utilities.

  • Tenant shall pay its proportionate share of Costs of Common Area Utilities to Landlord in accordance with the terms set forth in Section 9.

  • As provided in Section 8 below, Tenant is required to provide all Common Area Maintenance and Common Area Utilities, subject to the Common Area Rent Credit.
