Common Area Rules definition
Common Area Rules means the rules made by the Lessor from time to time relating to the conduct of lessees and the operation, use and occupation of the Land and which are consistent with this Lease;

The Premises may not be used for any illegal purposes or in violation of the University’s rules and regulations established with respect to Stratford including without limitation the Common Area Rules in effect at the signing of this Agreement or hereafter adopted (“Rules and Regulations”) and the Student Code of Conduct, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
