Common Area Management Fee definition

Common Area Management Fee means the fee for the Tenant’s management of Common Areas as provided in Section 8 (Repairs and Maintenance) equal to ten percent (10%) of the Common Area Maintenance Costs.

  • City will pay the Common Area Management Fee in the form of a credit against Rent, except as applicable to the final calendar year of the Term, in which case Landlord will pay such amount to Tenant.
