Commodore Subsidiaries definition

Commodore Subsidiaries means the subsidiaries of Commodore, which shall include Commodore Applied Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("CAT"), Commodore Refrigerant Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("CRT"), Commodore Separation Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("CST"), and the other Commodore Subsidiaries described in Section 6.3 of this Agreement and any other corporation, limited liability company, general or limited partnership, limited liability partnership or other organization acquired as a Subsidiary of Commodore in the future and owned by Commodore at the Effective Time.
