To the best knowledge of Commodore's management, the policies of fire, theft, liability, and other insurance maintained with respect to the assets or businesses of the Commodore Companies provide adequate coverage against loss, and the fidelity bonds in effect as to which any of the Commodore Companies is a named insured are believed to be sufficient.
To the extent that Commodore shall, prior to the Effective Time, be required to file with the SEC unaudited financial statements as at September 30, 1996 and for the nine months then ended, adequate provision for any federal, state, local, or foreign taxes due or to become due for any of Commodore Companies for the period or periods through and including September 30, 1996, will have been made.
