Commodity Warrant definition

Commodity Warrant means a Warrant issued over a Reference Commodity, settled (at the Issuer’s discretion) either by delivery of that Reference Commodity, against payment of the Exercise Price, or by payment of the Cash Settlement Amount, as the case may be;
Commodity Warrant means, either Commodity Call or Commodity Put Warrants issued over Reference Commodities, settled (at the Issuer’s discretion) either by delivery of the underlying Reference Commodity or by payment of the Cash Settlement Amount;
