COMMITTMENT definition

COMMITTMENT means, with respect to each Bank, the Commitment of such Bank hereunder as set forth in Schedule 2.1 hereto, as the same may be permanently terminated, reduced or extended from time to time pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.10. The Commitments shall be deemed permanently terminated on the Maturity Date.
