Committer means any unique individual or bot that makes changes to all or part of your Repository that you instruct TCC to monitor.

• If the Working Group includes the adoption of the Eclipse Foundation Specification Process, Participant acknowledges that Participant must already have entered into a Member Committer and Contributor Agreement with Eclipse Foundation (the “Participant’s MCCA”) prior to any of Participant’s Developers, as that term is defined therein, being elected as a Committer on any specification project under the purview of the Working Group.

• Your Annual Membership Fee is based on a combination of the Membership Class you chose on page 1 of this Agreement (i.e., Strategic, Contributing, Associate, or Committer – most new members choose Contributing Membership Class), as well as the type of your organization/company and your annual revenues, which you will indicate below in Table 1.

• If Participant is an employee of an organization, the Participant’s employer must complete the Employer Consent Agreement for Eclipse Specification Projects (“Consent Agreement”) before Participant can be granted status as a Specification Project Committer, as that term is defined therein.

Committer. (or “you”) shall mean the copyright owner (or legal entity authorized by the copyright owner) of any Contribution submitted to Terracotta. For legal entities, the entity making a Contribution and all other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with that entity are considered to be a single Committer. Committer is an individual who is granted special permission by You to upload development artifacts to Your development repository, to perform other activities or duties related to Your development, and who is neither a Contributor nor an Other User. A “Contributor” is an individual who is granted special permission by You to make contributions relevant to Your development, and who is neither a Committer nor an Other User.
