Committed Shippers definition

Committed Shippers means a Shipper that has signed a TSA and is allotted Committed Capacity, pursuant to Section 24.0.
Committed Shippers means shippers (including Shipper) that have entered into TSAs;
Committed Shippers means shippers that, on or before the Required Execution Date, have entered into transportation services agreements with CCPS for transportation of a specified minimum volume of crude petroleum on the Spearhead Pipeline, on terms and conditions acceptable to CCPS.

  • After the first five (5) years of the Primary Term, if capacity is available, a Dedicated Firm Shipper will be permitted to adjust its Committed Volume upward based upon 120% of Shipper’s deliveries of Barrels of Crude Oil to the System averaged for the immediate prior calendar year, provided that the aggregate Committed Volumes of Committed Shippers cannot exceed ninety percent (90%) of the normal operating capacity of the Pipeline (“Ninety Percent Cap”).

  • This provision is not applicable to Committed Shippers unless otherwise agreed to in the applicable Throughput Agreement.

  • Customer agrees not to provide container capacity to Transactional Shippers before satisfying all Base Load and Surge Volume requirements for Committed Shippers.

  • Carrier shall notify all Committed Shippers of such request and allow a 30 day timeframe for all Committed Shippers to submit a request for additional pipeline capacity.

  • Further, Carrier may be required to allocate capacity among potential Committed Shippers in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Open Season Terms and will do so based on the binding commitments received during such open season.

  • Within a reasonable period following the conclusion of the Open Season, Carrier will notify all Committed Shippers of the uncontracted Reserved Committed Capacity available, if any, for each Petroleum type (Crude Petroleum, Refined Petroleum Products and Natural Gas Liquids).

  • N/A (Shippers will only be entitled to accrue Deficiency Credits in respect of Committed Volumes; however Committed Shippers may apply Deficiency Credits they have accrued to Tolls payable in respect of both their Committed Volumes and Uncommitted Volumes) 7.8(e) Any Deficiency Credits that remain credited to the account of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ at the expiry of the Term of this Agreement will survive termination until the end of the Deficiency Credit Period applicable to such Deficiency Credit.

  • If there is capacity remaining after such calculation, the remaining capacity will be allocated to the other Committed Shippers requesting capacity in the same manner until all requested capacity is allocated.

  • Shipper shall have the opportunity to secure additional capacity available to Committed Shippers by making additional commitments to Carrier after the close of the open season which ends May 9th, 2016.
