Committed Sales Contract definition
Committed Sales Contract means a binding contract between WRI or the Company and a purchaser that is not a “related person” (within the meaning of Section 45(e)(4) of the Code) of the Company or any Member for the purchase and sale of coal from the Sublease prior to January 1, 2013.
