Examples of Committed Level in a sentence

  • Supplier and Broadlane may conduct periodic reviews of the Customers’ Committed Level compliance.

  • If any Customer purchases Products at the Committed Level under this Agreement, and either (a) Supplier cannot provide any Product, or (b) the Customer, in its sole discretion, determines that any Product is not clinically satisfactory or clinically preferable; then (i) the Customer may, without penalty, purchase Competing Products from any source, and (ii) those purchases must not apply toward the Customer’s Committed Level requirements.

  • Margin Level means the percentage Equity to Necessary Margin ratio. It is calculated as (Equity / Necessary Margin) * 100%.
