Committed Funded Exposure definition

Committed Funded Exposure means, as to any Lender at any time, the aggregate principal amount at such time of its outstanding Loans, LOC Obligations and Participation Interests at such time.
Committed Funded Exposure means, as to any Lender at any time, the aggregate principal amount at such time (without duplication) of its outstanding Revolving Loans, LOC Obligations and Participation Interests at such time.
