Committed Capital Investment means an irrevocable commitment by Hick▇ ▇▇▇e, the Cart▇▇ ▇▇▇ily and their respective Affiliates to provide cash equity to the Borrower within a period of time and upon terms and conditions satisfactory to Determining Lenders.
