Examples of Committed Amounts in a sentence
Committed: Amounts that can be used only for specific purposes pursuant to constraints imposed by formal action of the District Board of Education.
Subject to the conditions set forth in this Section 2.05(c), the Borrower may from time to time increase the aggregate Committed Amounts then in effect by increasing the Committed Amount of a Lender or by causing a Person that at such time is not a Lender to become a Lender (an “Additional Lender”); provided that such Additional Lender will be subject to the approval of the Administrative Agent, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned.
The failure of any Lender to make any Loan required to be made by it shall not relieve any other Lender of its obligations hereunder; provided that the Committed Amounts of the Lenders are several and no Lender shall be responsible for any other Lender’s failure to make Loans as required.
The aggregate Committed Amounts shall at all times be in a minimum amount and an integral multiple of $5,000,000.
Any such decrease in the aggregate Committed Amounts shall be applied to each Lender’s Committed Amount pro rata.
