Commitments Decision definition
Commitments Decision means a formal decision by the CMA under section 31A of the Act to accept Commitments, such that section 31B of the Act applies;
Commitments Decision means a Commitments Decision under Article 9(1) of Regulation 1/2003, closing the proceedings opened on June 16, 2020, under Case AT.40452.
