Commitment Securities definition

Commitment Securities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.3.
Commitment Securities means the shares of Common Stock issued to the Holders pursuant to the exercise of subscription privileges under the Rights as provided by the terms of the Participating Purchase Agreement.
Commitment Securities is defined in Section 2(a).

Examples of Commitment Securities in a sentence

  • Upon issuance pursuant to this Section 6.3, the Commitment Securities shall constitute “restricted securities” as such term is defined in Rule 144 under the Securities Act and the certificate or book-entry statement representing the Commitment Securities shall bear the restrictive legend set forth Section 9.1 of this Agreement.

Related to Commitment Securities

  • Revolving Loan Commitment means the commitment of a Revolving Lender to make Revolving Loans to Company pursuant to subsection 2.1A(ii), and “Revolving Loan Commitments” means such commitments of all Revolving Lenders in the aggregate.

  • Commitment Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.18(b).

  • Revolving Credit Facility means, at any time, the aggregate amount of the Revolving Credit Lenders’ Revolving Credit Commitments at such time.
