Commitment Price definition

Commitment Price means, with respect to any date of determination, the highest cash purchase price for the Bonds subject to sale or distribution on such date obtained by the Administrator by soliciting in good faith at least three bids to purchase such Bonds from Persons (other than the Administrator, the Remarketing Agent, F▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac, any Holder of a Class B Certificate, or any Affiliate of any such Person) that customarily provide such bids, including, but not limited to, investment dealers and brokers that customarily deal in municipal bonds.
Commitment Price. ' means, with respect to any date of determination, the highest cash purchase price for the Bonds subject to sale or distribution on such date obtained by the Administrator by soliciting in good faith at least three bids to purchase such Bonds from Persons (other than the Administrator, the Remarketing Agent, Freddie Mac, any Holder of a Class B CertiÑcate, or any AÇliate of any such Person) that customarily provide such bids, including, but not limited to, investment dealers and brokers that customarily deal in municipal bonds.
Commitment Price means, in respect of each Mortgage Loan, the price for such Mortgage Loan which Purchaser has agreed to pay, as set forth in a Purchase Commitment regarding such Mortgage Loan.
