commitment level definition

commitment level means the minimum assignment to be given on an ongoing basis each academic year, unless altered through the use of 11.5, 11.6, 11.7 or 11.8 (Evaluation, Termination and Suspension, Regularization and Reduction).
commitment level means the Energy Reduction that Seller is obligated to provide pursuant to this Agreement during DR Events at the Delivery Point.
