Commitment Document definition

Commitment Document has the meaning given to that term in the Commitment Letter.
Commitment Document means a term sheet or letter of intent or other similar document, acceptable to Lender, executed by Person(s) acceptable to Lender, evidencing the commitment of such Person(s) to enter into one of the following transactions, upon terms and conditions acceptable to Lender:

Examples of Commitment Document in a sentence

  • Delivery of a counterpart of a Commitment Document by email attachment shall be an effective mode of delivery.

  • The Commitment Documents may be executed in any number of counterparts and all those counterparts taken together shall be deemed to constitute one and the same Commitment Document.

  • The rights and remedies provided in each Commitment Document are cumulative and not exclusive of any rights or remedies provided by law.

  • This has the same effect as if the signatures were on a single copy of that Commitment Document.

  • As of the date of this Agreement, no event has occurred which, with or without notice, lapse of time or both, would constitute a default or event of default or breach on the part of Purchaser of any Commitment Document, or (to the knowledge of Purchaser) on the part of any other party under any Commitment Document.

  • Credit Agreement Documents means the collective reference to any Credit Agreement, any notes issued pursuant thereto and the guarantees thereof, and the collateral documents relating thereto, as amended, supplemented, restated, renewed, refunded, replaced, restructured, repaid, refinanced or otherwise modified, in whole or in part, from time to time.

  • Commitment Agreement means the written agreement that may be required at EDTI’s sole discretion between a Customer and EDTI whereby the Customer both authorizes the design and construction of new or expanded Facilities and agrees to pay all cancellation costs if the project is cancelled or if the Customer fails to sign an Electric Service Agreement prior to the energization of the new or expanded Facilities;

  • Amendment Documents means this Amendment, the Credit Agreement (as amended by this Amendment), and each certificate and other document executed and delivered by the Borrowers pursuant to Section 5 hereof.

  • Credit Document means this Agreement, the Lender Notes, the Confirmation of Registration, the Collateral Documents and any other agreement, instrument or document executed and delivered by or on behalf of the Borrower in connection with the foregoing.

  • Letter of Credit Documents means, with respect to any Letter of Credit, collectively, any application therefor, any certificate or other document presented in connection with a drawing under such Letter of Credit and any other agreement, instrument or other document governing or providing for (a) the rights and obligations of the parties concerned or at risk with respect to such Letter of Credit or (b) any collateral security for any of such obligations.
