Each Partner must make a Capital Contribution equal to its proportionate share of the total Capital Contributions required of all Partners pursuant to a Capital Commitment Call Notice within ten (10) business days after delivery of such Capital Commitment Call Notice.
Each Preferred Member shall be required to contribute the amount set forth in the written Commitment Call by the deadline set forth in the Call.
A call for, and delivery of, such funds shall be accomplished in the same manner as the Commitment Call described in item (ii)(A).

The Manager shall send the Preferred Members a written Commitment Call setting forth the total amount and purpose of the cash contributions to be contributed by Preferred Members, the portion of his/her/its respective Capital Commitment required to be contributed by each Preferred Member, and the final date, not less than 10 Business Days from the date of the written Commitment Call, by which the Preferred Members’ installments are due.
