  • In the event the performance of Consultancy Services hereunder is rendered impossible or economically infeasible as a result of an epidemic and its impact to business operations, supply chains and travel, the parties shall discuss alternative means to provide the Services and if the parties are unable to agree on an alternative approach, Commissum shall have a right to terminate this Agreement without any penalties or liabilities.
