Commissioning Permit definition
Commissioning Permit means a Motorway commissioning permit issued by an authorized federal executive body or, in the case of changes in the Legislation, a similar permit confirming completion of the Construction and the right for Operation. Construction Permit means a document issued by an authorized federal executive body under the procedure provided for by the Legislation and granting the right to carry out the Construction. Calculation of the Non- Reducible Part of the Investment Payment has the meaning set forth in sub-clause 1) of clause 10 of article 5.4 of the Agreement.
