Commissioning Form definition

Commissioning Form means a document that requires completion by the client before going out to tender or to obtain quotations unless a Cabinet Report has been approved a copy of which can be found on the Corporate Procurement Page.
Commissioning Form means the form setting out the specifications for the Commissioned Editorial Work attached to this Agreement

  • Unless otherwise agreed in the Commissioning Form, no Work submitted to Redwood by the Contributor can be withdrawn by the Contributor.
