Commissioning Completion Date definition

Commissioning Completion Date has the meaning set forth in the Wind Turbine Supply Agreement.
Commissioning Completion Date means the earlier of (i) the date on which Commissioning Completion occurs or is deemed to have occurred for a Wind Turbine or (ii) the date on which Supplier submits a Delayed Commissioning Completion Certificate to Buyer for a Wind Turbine in accordance with Section 4.2.4.
Commissioning Completion Date means the date upon which Bulk Terminal Dock 3 is verified (by testing and inspecting) and documented that the operational components were installed and are operating in accordance the design.

Examples of Commissioning Completion Date in a sentence

  • From the Commissioning Completion Date for the first Wind Turbine and through the end of the Term, Supplier shall maintain or cause to be maintained Excess Liability Insurance of not less than Five Million Dollars (U.S. $5,000,000).

  • From the Commissioning Completion Date for the first Wind Turbine and through the end of the Term, Buyer shall maintain or cause to be maintained Excess Liability Insurance of not less than Five Million Dollars (U.S. $5,000,000).

  • From the Commissioning Completion Date for the first Wind Turbine and through the end of the Term, Buyer shall maintain or cause to be maintained All Risk Property Insurance (including earth movement and flood, collapse, sinkhole and subsidence) on a completed value form.

  • In the event of occurrence of suspension of the Wind Turbine Work by Seller pursuant to Section 6.2, Seller shall be entitled to a Change Order reflecting the result and impact of such suspension on the Wind Turbine Work, including, but not limited to, Contract Price, the Delivery Schedule, the Warranty and the Guaranteed WTG Commissioning Completion Date.

  • During the period from the Commencement Date for the first Wind Turbine until the Final Commissioning Completion Date, Buyer shall pay Supplier a fee equal to One Hundred Fifty-Seven Dollars ($157) per day per Wind Turbine that has achieved Commissioning Completion during such period (the “Interim Service Fee”).

  • Seller shall complete Commissioning of each WTG no later than its respective Guaranteed WTG Commissioning Completion Date.

  • If Commissioning of WTGs is not achieved by the Guaranteed WTG Commissioning Completion Date calculated by the sum of the actual completion days for Commissioning of all WTGs divided by the number of WTGs with the consideration of Excusable Delay applicable herein, Seller shall pay as liquidated damages to Buyer an amount equal to *** US Dollars (US $***) per WTG ("WTG Commissioning Delay Liquidated Damages") for each day multiplied by the number of WTGs.

  • Although EGAT shall by Law and the provisions of Section 2.6 and this Section 2.8.1 have legal title to the New Transmission Facilities from the start of their construction, the Generator shall bear the risk of loss of or damage to the New Transmission Facilities until the NTF Commissioning Completion Date.

  • On and after the date that is nine (9) months after the Commissioning Completion Date of the last Nominated Wind Turbine, Buyer shall no longer have the right to request a verification of the Power Curve.

Related to Commissioning Completion Date

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Construction Completion Date means the date by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by the Independent Engineer as per Article 14.1.

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Commissioning Period means, with respect to each Subproject, the period commencing upon the first delivery of Feed Gas to the Subproject in accordance with Sections 4.8 and 11.1 of the Agreement continuing through achievement of RFSU, commissioning, Start Up, Performance Testing and achievement of Substantial Completion for such Subproject.

  • Commissioning Tests means all of the procedures and tests which, in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, and in compliance with industry guidelines, practices and standards, are:

  • Phase 1 means the first implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2022.

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Project Start Date means the first Milestone Start Date specified in Schedule B;

  • Construction Start Date means the later to occur of the date on which Seller delivers to Buyer (a) a copy of the Notice to Proceed that Seller has delivered to the EPC Contractor for the Project, and (b) a written Certification substantially in the form attached hereto as Appendix IV-1.

  • Outside Completion Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.3(d).

  • Practical Completion means that stage in the execution of a Named Project when the Works have been completed in accordance with the terms of the relevant Building Contract and/or the terms of this Agreement such that the AHP Dwellings comprised within the Named Project are fit for beneficial occupation as a residential development in accordance with applicable NHBC or equivalent requirements current at the date of inspection subject only to the existence of minor defects and/or minor omissions at the time of inspection which are capable of being made good or carried out without materially interfering with the beneficial use and enjoyment of the Named Project and which would be reasonable to include in a snagging list, and Practically Complete shall be construed accordingly; Process has the meaning ascribed to it in the DPA; Procurement Law means (as the case may be):

  • Study Completion means the database for the Study has been locked and all Essential Documents have been provided to the Sponsor, including a copy of the letter from the Reviewing HREC acknowledging receipt of the final report and/or closure letter from the Principal Investigator.
