Commissioned Data Processing means the storage, modification, transmission, blocking or deletion of Personal Data by the Processor acting on behalf of and following the Instructions of the Controller.

Examples of Commissioned Data Processing in a sentence

  • This Commissioned Data Processing Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the obligations of the contracting parties in connection with the processing of the Controller’s personal data by the Processor under the agreement mentioned in Attachment 1 (“Principal Agreement”).

Related to Commissioned Data Processing
