Where ACIAR approves subcontracting, either as part of the initial approved SRA Document or as a result of a subsequent request by the Commissioned Agent to vary the Project, the Commissioned Agent shall comply with any terms imposed by ACIAR.
In giving written approval, the Commissioned Agent may impose such terms and conditions as it thinks fit.
