Commissionable Revenues definition

Commissionable Revenues in relation to a period of time means the aggregate revenues of ANST for assembly and testing services provided by ANST arising from Accepted Orders pursuant to the performance of the Services by SCBL, based on the total amounts invoiced by ANST to the Transfer Customers for such orders during that period (excluding taxes and the value of wafer and chips);
Commissionable Revenues. The total amount booked for all NGE/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Trip Participants including (a) the Catalog Price (less any mutually agreed discounts applicable to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Trips including but not limited to Early Booking Discounts, Kids Discounts, Air Discounts, Travel Credits paid by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Lifelong Explorer Discounts, and Group Discounts) for all NGE/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Trip Participants, (b) the Catalog Price of any applicable pre- or post- extensions for all NGE/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Trip Participants, and (c) the amount retained by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of the Catalog Price for all cancellations by NGE/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Trip Participants.
Commissionable Revenues means the unconditional, non-cancellable monthly recurring charges payment due to Cyxtera during the Commissionable Revenue Period under a Commissionable Contract, minus any installation, one-time or non-recurring charges, taxes, charge-backs, discounts, refunds, surcharges, power (if metered and billed separately), contractual price escalators, charges in respect of any third party solutions provided by Cyxtera, and similar expenses.

Examples of Commissionable Revenues in a sentence

  • Unless this Agreement is terminated for cause pursuant to Section 10.2.2 above, Cyxtera will pay Commissions earned but not yet paid to the Referral Partner in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement, including Commissionable Revenues received following termination of this Agreement for Deal Registrations accepted prior to such termination.

  • Unless othernise prohibited by law, NSC shall pay commissions on Commissionable Revenues (deCzned below) generated by the Identified Lines as specified in Schedule "1'(degree) to this Attachment ("Commissions") after its receipt of such Commissions.

  • NSC agrees to pay PSP commissions on Commissionable Revenues at the rate of fifty percent (5O%) plus the PIF, if any.

  • C.2.1. Unless otherwise prohibited by law, USLD will pay commissions on Commissionable Revenues generated by the pay phones as specified in Schedule "1" to this Attachment ("Commissions").
