Commission Sheet definition

Commission Sheet means a Memorandum, whether in electronic or written form, sent by Lender to Dealer from time to time that quotes current information regarding Lender’s purchase of a Contract, including but not limited to, buy rate, maximum markup rate, flat fees, commission schedules, promotional programs, and other terms pertaining to the purchase of such Contract.
