Commission Recapture Programme definition

Commission Recapture Programme means an arrangement under which a portion of the trading commissions incurred by a Portfolio is rebated back for the account of that Portfolio, and which is referred to in Section 9 “Depositary, Administrator, Paying Agent, Domiciliary Agent and Listing Agent”; “Controlling Person” means the natural person who exercises control over an entity. In the case of a trust, the settlor(s), the trustee(s), the protector(s) (if any), the beneficiary(ies) or class(es) of beneficiaries, and any other natural person(s) exercising ultimate effective control over the trust, and in the case of a legal arrangement other than a trust, such term means persons in equivalent or similar positions. The termControlling Persons" must be interpreted in a manner consistent with the Financial Action Task Force Recommendations;

  • Redevelopment Commission means the Fishers Redevelopment Commission.

  • Planning Commission means the Planning Commission of the City.

  • Public work means public work as defined in section 2 of P.L.1963, c.150 (C. 34:11-56.26) and which is subject to the provisions of P.L.1963, c.150 (C. 34:11-56.25 et seq.). Public work shall not include the provision of goods or products.

  • the Programme means the programme leading to the Degree of Master of Laws – LL.M – in International Maritime Law;

  • Decommissioning Plan means the document containing detailed information on the proposed decommissioning and covering the following: the selected decommissioning strategy; the schedule, type and sequence of decommissioning activities; the waste management strategy applied, including clearance; the proposed end state; the storage and disposal of the waste from decommissioning; the timeframe for decommissioning; the cost estimates for the completion of decommissioning; and the objectives, expected results, milestones, target dates, as well as the corresponding key performance indicators, including, as appropriate, earned value based indicators. The plan is prepared by the nuclear facility license holder and is reflected in the multiannual work programmes of the Programme;
