Commission Plan definition

Commission Plan has the meaning set forth in Recital C.
Commission Plan means a proposed plan of redistricting, in- cluding any amendment to a proposed plan of redistricting, that is submitted to the commission by a commissioner, or by the chair or the staff of the commission. It also means a plan of redistricting, in- cluding any amendment to a proposed plan of redistricting, that is prepared by or at the direction of one or more of the commissioners.
Commission Plan means the section of your GPN account that identifies the Commissions you will accrue for Qualifying Purchases and Qualifying Leads.

  • The Partner’s Commission Plan will be displayed within the ‘Partners Area’ and can be referred to at all times.
