Commissary Operations System or “System” shall mean the entire Commissary Operations System currently used by County, built by Contractor, inclusive of perpetual enterprise Software Licenses, annual maintenance and support, technical support and help desk support. Commissary Operations System means the entire Commissary Operations System to be provided to the County by Contractor, inclusive of the annual Software license, maintenance and support, initial data conversion, software training and documentation needed for a complete functioning system as further described in this Contract.

  • County’s Board of Supervisors has authorized the Purchasing Agent or his designee to enter into a Contract for Help Desk and other Support Services for the Commissary Operations System.

  • If an incompatibility between the proposed Commissary Operations System and the County’s computer infrastructure cannot be remedied within 90 days of installation, the Contractor shall submit a written response to the County indicating as such and the County shall then return the Commissary Operations System to the Contractor and the Contract shall be terminated without any monetary obligation by the County to Contractor.
