Commercially Distributed definition
Commercially Distributed means the sale or distribution of Data or Data Products delivered to any person, under any conditions except Data and Data Products distributed to NASA or NOAA pursuant to the IMOU, Her Majesty the Queen pursuant to the Master Licence Agreement (including the Government of the Provinces). Data and Data Products used by Distributor for any purpose including the production of Value-Added Products shall be deemed to be commercially distributed.
