Commercial Start Date definition

Commercial Start Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.

Commercial Start Date means the first day of the second calendar month following the later of the date of the commencement of: (a) commercial operation of the Sabine Pass LNG Terminal; (b) commercial operation of the Cheniere Creole Trail Pipeline with firm service to the delivery points at the Principal Pipelines; and (c) the commercial delivery of Gas from the Sabine Pass LNG Terminal to the Cheniere Creole Trail Pipeline. “Contract Price” has the meaning ascribed to the term in Section IV.A.1.
Commercial Start Date means the first to occur of: (a) the date of the first commercial sale of the Product by X.Xxxxx or its Affiliates to a third party in the USA Territory for commercial use with humans; or (b) ninety (90) days after (i) Vyteris has the obtained the necessary Agency approvals and clearances for the manufacture, marketing, distribution and/or sale of the Products in the USA Territory and (ii) an authorized officer of Vyteris shall have delivered a written certification to X.Xxxxx indicating that Vyteris is able to manufacture and supply Products to X.Xxxxx pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Section 3 hereof.

  • Commence commercial operation means, with regard to a unit that serves a generator, to have begun to produce steam, gas, or other heated medium used to generate electricity for sale or use, including test generation subject to the following:

  • Commercial Operation Date (COD) means the date certified by the DISCOM’s committee upon successful commissioning (as per provisions of the PPA) of the project when all equipments as per rated capacity have been installed and energy has flown into the grid.

  • Commencement Date means the date fourteen (14) days after the date the Contract comes into effect or any other date named in the Contract Data.
