TENANT recognizes that the common area facilities which may include such items as a Fitness Center, Sauna, Volleyball Court, BBQ Area, Swimming Pool, Parking Garage, Commercial Spaces, Television Room, Hot Tubs, Theater Room, Game Room, Study Lounge, Business Center or other similar facilities (hereinafter said Common Area Facilities are collectively referred to as “FACILITIES”) have been made available by LANDLORD to TENANT.
Commercial Spaces can be put for any activity except banned list of usages as given in Annexure-II.
The maintenance charges shall be different for Commercial Spaces, Studio Apartments and Service Apartments (Hotel).
Wherever in this Agreement it is stipulated that the Purchaser has to make any payment, in common with other Purchaser(s) in Project, the same shall be the proportion which the carpet area of the Shop/ Office / Godown / Commercial/ Semi - Commercial Space bears to the total carpet area of all the Shop/ Office / Godown / Commercial/ Semi - Commercial Spaces in the Project.
Campus hereby leases to Auxiliary the following premises: • Bookstore • Student Union Food Facilities • ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Retail & Administration Spaces • Student Residential Market • Residential Dining Common • South Campus and CEFCU Stadium Catering and Concession Services • Other Commercial Spaces as determined by the Campus Attached hereto as Attachment 4 is a list of all leased premises square footage designations.
In the event that separate meters are not installed due to technical or financial reasons or a service cannot be metered, the Lessor shall invoice the Lessee for the Commercial Space's Proportionate Share of the costs of utilities and services to the Building.
