Commercial Software Contract definition
Commercial Software Contract means any Contract under which a Company licenses or has a right to use Commercial Software on standard terms involving annual payments from the Company of less than $25,000.
Commercial Software Contract means a Contract for any third party software (and related support) that is generally commercially available at a cost that does not exceed the lesser of (1) $5,000 per user/copy and (2) $25,000 per year.
Commercial Software Contract means a standardized Contract for a non-exclusive license of commercially available software that is widely available through regular commercial distribution channels (including software as a service or cloud service) and that does not involve annual aggregate consideration in excess of $25,000 for all licenses or users.
