The format of the Commercial Report will be as set out in Schedule 2.
To the knowledge of the Company after due and careful enquiry, all material factual information in the Information Package (other than the Commercial Report) was true and accurate in all material respects as at the date it was provided or as at the date (if any) at which it is stated.
In the event of the partial or total loss of the consignment, a Commercial Report (“Komerční zápis”) will be written up by an authorised ČD employee upon request, no later than at the time of the consignment’s release or at the time when the consignment was to be released.
The recipient will receive a carbon copy of the Commercial Report.
