Commercial refuse definition

Commercial refuse means all refuse that is not residential refuse, specifically including but not limited to refuse generated by: commercial structures; churches and institutional structures; mixed-use or other business establishments; and multi-family condominium structures.
Commercial refuse means all waste products not otherwise defined as industrial waste, generated by retail, wholesale, office business, institutional, or industrial businesses not producing industrial waste.
Commercial refuse means waste matter other than garbage or ashes resulting from the operation and maintenance of a business.
