Commercial recycler definition
Commercial recycler means any person, corporation or business entity whose operation involves the mechanical separation of materials for the purpose of reselling or recycling at least seventy percent (70%) by weight of the materials coming into the recycling facility.
Commercial recycler means any licensed entity, to include any licensed franchisee, that is in the business of purchasing, accepting donations of, collecting, storing, transporting or processing source-separated recyclable materials.
