Commercial Program definition

Commercial Program means any product line in which the individuals eligible IEHP and Health Access are enrolled through Subscriber Agreement.
Commercial Program means programming from which revenue is derived, by any party, and programming the purpose of which is to conduct trade or commerce. It shall not include programming supported by underwriting grants or contributions of any kind.
Commercial Program shall have the meaning set forth in the Commercial Program Agreement.

Examples of Commercial Program in a sentence

  • The SpinCo Group shall have the option, in its sole discretion, to either (i) reasonably negotiate and enter into a commercial license for the applicable Parent Commercial Program or (ii) wind down and cease use of such Parent Commercial Program in a reasonable period of time, as agreed by the senior executives in good faith.

  • If the senior executives mutually agree that the SpinCo Group is using such Parent Commercial Program without a commercial license, Parent will offer the SpinCo Group a commercial license on reasonable terms for the SpinCo Group’s continued use of the applicable Parent Commercial Program.

  • CIN may be eligible for Incentive Awards in accordance with the terms of the MSSP or a Commercial Program Agreement.

  • This Agreement is intended to serve as a master agreement governing the relationship between CIN and You with respect to the MSSP and any Commercial Program Agreements.

  • The termination of a given Commercial Program Agreement will automatically terminate the participation of You and each of Your Providers in that particular Commercial Program Agreement.

  • Commercial Program Agreements or the MSSP may require You to submit to an audit to evaluate the records, data and other information created or used by CIN, You, Your Providers, and other individuals or entities performing CIN Activities that pertain to a Commercial Program or the provision of MSSP Services.
