commercial processing definition

commercial processing means processing which is not considered not to be commercial processing by virtue of Article 5(2) of the Protocol on Ireland/Northern Ireland in the EU withdrawal agreement and Joint Committee Decision No 4/2020;
commercial processing means the use of land and or buildings for processing activities of a commercial nature such as; bakery, dairy, locker and meat processing plant, machine and electrical shop, welding shop and similar commercial processing uses;

  • Commercial Production means the operation of the Property or any portion thereof as a producing mine and the production of mineral products therefrom (excluding bulk sampling, pilot plant or test operations);
