Commercial Pricing Node definition

Commercial Pricing Node has the meaning given to such term in the MISO Rules. “Commercially Reasonable Efforts” means, with respect to any action required to be made, attempted, or taken by a Party under this Agreement, such efforts as a reasonably prudent business would undertake for the protection of its own interest under the conditions affecting such action, including the amount of notice of the need to take such action, the duration and type of the action, the competitive environment in which such action occurs and other material considerations.

Examples of Commercial Pricing Node in a sentence

  • Upon the effective date of Seller’s exercise of the foregoing right, Subsection 7(a) shall not apply (except that the Parties shall continue to cooperate to maintain Designated Network Resource status of the MC-Facility for Consumers) and Seller shall be responsible for the charges assessed and payments made by MISO with respect to the asset owner of the Commercial Pricing Node associated with electric energy deliveries under this Agreement.

  • At such time that a Commercial Pricing Node for Buyer Retail Load has been so designated by MISO (such designated Commercial Pricing Node, the “Logansport CP Node”), Seller shall notify Buyer of such designation in writing, and the Logansport CP Node shall replace EP Node L CIN LOGANMUN BK1_69 as the Energy Delivery Point as of the date set forth in Seller’s notice to Buyer.

  • Buyer and Seller shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to cause MISO to establish a Commercial Pricing Node (as defined under the Applicable Market Rules) for Buyer Retail Load prior to commencement of the Delivery Term.

  • All MISO charges and payments associated with such Commercial Pricing Node are the responsibility and property, as applicable, of Seller.
