Commercial Owned Software has the meaning specified in Section 3.9(g).

In addition, except as qualified in the last sentence of this Section 4.10(d) and as set forth in Schedule 4.10(d), the Commercial Owned Software is not expected by Seller to (i) have any operational impediments, (ii) malfunction, (iii) cease to perform, (iv) generate incorrect or ambiguous data or (v) produce incorrect or ambiguous results, in each case with respect to same-century and multi-century formulas, functions, date values and date-data interfaces.
