Commercial Operation Declaration definition
Commercial Operation Declaration. (COD) shall mean the Conditions of Operation in which the complete FGD plant covered under the Contract is officially declared by the Owner to be available for continuous operation at different loads up to and including rated capacity at specified modes of operation. Such declaration by the Owner, however, shall not relieve or prejudice any of the Contractor's obligations under the Contract.
