Commercial Managers definition

Commercial Managers means Conchart Commercial Inc., a M▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Islands corporation or Global Ship Lease Services Limited, a company incorporated in England (as applicable).
Commercial Managers means any commercial manager of a Vessel, being the Parent Guarantor or any Subsidiary owned 100% by the Parent Guarantor (as the case may be).

  • Failing resolution within 5 Business Days, the dispute must then be escalated to Supplier A's and Supplier B's Account Managers specified in paragraph I.4.c above and formally notified to Transport’s Commercial Manager(s).

  • The Borrower shall procure that the Commercial Managers shall remain the commercial manager of the Vessels and shall continue to be commercial manager of the Vessels and there shall be no change to such commercial management without the prior written consent of the Agent.
