Commercial Framework definition

Commercial Framework means the commercial framework contained in Schedule 7 (Commercial Framework), as amended or modified by the ALT in writing from time to time, but only where there is a Scope Change. Completion is that stage when:

  • Defined terms set out in the Commercial Framework apply in this Agreement and the following definitions apply in this Agreement: Actual Outturn Cost or AOC means the sum of all Direct Costs actually incurred by the Alliance Participants in performing the work under this Agreement to bring the Alliance Works to Final Completion plus the Fee paid or payable by RTA to the NOPs.
